Gluten-Dairy Free-Corn Bread
Ingredients
1 1/2 Cup Pillsbury Best Gluten Free All Purpose Floor Blend
1/2 tablespoon Honey
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 eggs
1/2 cub gluten-free cornmeal
1 cup Lactose Free Milk
Cooking Instructions
1: In a bowl, mix or sift together the dry ingredients. Stir in 3egg, milk, and vanilla until well blended and few lumps remain.
2: Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
3: Grease small cast iron skillet
4: Poor mixture in skillet and shake level
5: Bake 20 – 25 minutes on center rack
Here’s the Honey Butter Recipe:
1/4 pound BUTTER
1/4 cup strained bacon drippings
2/3 cup honey
4 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
Beat butter until light and creamy. Add drippings and bacon. Take equal
amount of honey (approx. 2/3 cup) and beat into butter mixture until light
and fluffy
