Snickerdoodles Gluten Free
Ingredients
1/2 cup white sugar.
1/2 cup brown sugar packed.
1 cup butter softened.
1 egg room temp.
1 tsp vanilla extract.
1/4 tsp salt.
2 cups Pillsbury Best Gluten Free Multi Purpose Flour Blend
1 heaping tsp. cinnamon.
1 tsp baking soda.
1/2 cup white sugar.
2 Tbsp. cinnamon.
48 Hersey Kisses unwrapped.
Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven 375
Grease cookie sheet.
Cream together both sugars and butter. Add egg, vanilla & salt. At low speed slowly add flour, soda. & cinnamon.
Roll dough into balls. I use Mellon Baller.
Mix cinnamon and sugar together.
Roll balls in sugar mixture.
Place on cookie sheet smash down just a little bit.
Bake for 8 to 10 min.
Immediately press kiss in middle. Let cool 5 min.
Remove from cookie sheet cool completely on rack. Make sure kisses have completely cooled before storing.
